WHITNEY HOUSTON: The Greatest Diva Of All Time

Finally, I now have to courage to blog about her.
Been crying for days every time I think about her.
So surreal.

+ RIP +

I made a letter to Whitney which includes some titles of her great songs.

Dear Whitney,

Right now, I am "Thinking About You". I still can't believe that you are gone. When I heard the news, "All At Once" tears started streaming down my cheeks. My friend asked me, "Why Does It Hurt So Bad"? I looked at him and said '"Oh Yes" it does.' I grew up listening to her songs, she's the best. She showed to her fans "Nothing But Love".

Whitney, you taught me so much about life. Like you told me; "You'll Never Stand Alone" because God is with me, that He is "All The Man That I Need". When I am down, thru your songs, I "Run To You". When I get depressed, so stressed, I get "So Emotional", you're there to remind me to pause and "Exhale". To do things "Step By Step". There were times when "I Didn't Know My Own Strength", "I Look To You" and you give me courage. When those times "I Have Nothing", you'd say; 'Here's "A Song For You", it's gonna be "Fine" and that makes me smile. Thank you Whitney, "I Learned From The Best".

So sad you have to leave so soon. "It's Not Right, But It's Okay" thru your songs, your legacy, you are alive. Like you're telling me; "Like I Never Left". You have done so much in this world and girl, it's all "Worth It". Your voice made us feel the "Greatest Love Of All".

Whitney, you are one of God's greatest gifts to mankind -I "Salute" you.

  3. R.I.P. Whitney. I was never huge fan of hers but I do agree it is tragic to lose someone so young, especially since she had a teenage daughter. I am sorry you lost a muse.

(Just found your blog through your sister's.)
